Opportunities to Worship, Study, and Fellowship

 

  • Saturday, February 10 – The 2018 One-Day Session of the Congress of Christian Education of the General Baptist State Convention will be held at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 3400 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, NC. See flyers for classes and registration information.
  • Sunday, February 11 – 10:45 a.m. Trustee Program.  Minister Victorria Thompson will be the guest speaker.  No 8:30 a.m. Service.  Sunday School will be held at 9:30 a.m.
  • Monday, February 12 through Thursday, February 15 – 6:45 p.m. The Missionary Study Course will be held at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 408 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Gastonia, NC.  There will be classes for youth, young adults, and seniors.  Men and women are all invited to attend.  Mary B-Hall of the Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Association will be the facilitator for the senior class.
  • Saturday, February 17 – 9 a.m.  Intercessory Prayer followed by breakfast and studies for all Pastors, Ministers, Spouses of Clergy, Deacon, Deaconess, and Ushers will be held at Springfield Memorial Baptist Church, 2920 Dallas-Stanley Highway, Stanley, NC.
  • Saturday, February 17 – 10 a.m. Brotherhood meeting.
  • Sunday, February 18 – Following 10:45 a.m. service, the Sunday School staff will meet.
  • Tuesday, February 20 – 6:30 p.m. Women’s Ministry meeting.
  • Saturday, February 24 – 10 a.m. One-Day Session of the Association will be held at St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church, 1282 Bradford Heights Road, Gastonia, NC.  This meeting is to discuss the business of the Association.
  • Saturday, February 24 – 2 p.m. Port-A-Pit Committee meeting.
  • Sunday, February 25 – During 8:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Service – Black Heritage Sunday. All members are encouraged to wear either old-timey attire or African attire.
  • Sunday, February 25 – Following 10:45 a.m. service, Seniors on the Move meeting.
  • Tuesday, February 27 – 7 p.m. Play rehearsal/auditions for the play “Cushion” written by Sister Mable Reid and directed by Lady Rosalind Crawford.
